Job responsibilities:

1. Grasp the market dynamics, formulate sales strategies, lead the sales team to implement the company's sales plan and supervise the sales process;

2. Responsible for industry solutions and application promotion of the company's products in the fields of power grid, municipal engineering, Internet of Things, smart campus, smart city, smart transportation, smart tourism, etc.;

3, organize the department to develop a variety of sales means, to achieve sales targets and payment collection tasks;

4. Responsible for the establishment, training and performance assessment of the sales team;

5. Expense budgeting, sales cost control and management.

Job Requirements:

1, bachelor degree or above, honest, motivated, dedicated;

2, engaged in marketing and sales work for more than 6 years, sales team management experience for more than 3 years, have a good market development ability and sales team building management ability;

3, master the basic knowledge of navigation, more than 3 years of smart city, power grid, municipal engineering, shared travel, smart tourism, smart campus and other industries sales experience;

4, mature customer groups are preferred;

5, excellent team coordination and management ability, full of pioneering spirit and team spirit;

6, with good emotional management and anti-pressure ability.
